Our farm stand is located at 11 Needham Road in Potsdam, NY. It is open May through November from 10 am-6 pm, Tuesday-Saturday.(summer hours)

Buyers pick their orders up at Martin’s Needham Road Market from 12:30 PM till 6 PM.
We also have our regular physical farm stand. It is open from Early May when the asparagus harvest starts through November, 10 am- 6 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. This is pure, raw apple cider vinegar. It is not diluted with water or heated. We use no-spray apples from our own trees for the cider. The cider is placed in clean barrels in the cellar and a piece of "mother" from a mature batch of vinegar is put in with it. This controls the fermentation similar as you would do with a cheese starter. After tying a clean cloth over it; it is left for at least 6 months. We started making vinegar back in the 1980s from a start that old Mr Kine gave us.
